Our welding staff brings many years of experience to Superior Machining & Repairs. All are CSA 47.2M, Div. 3 qualified and specialized in MIG, TIG, and stick welding, including stainless steel and aluminum. We will fabricate parts from technical drawings or provide prototype work from design consultations. Our extensive welding division can undertake production of a variety of housing and crank shafts, tie rods, compressor parts as well as dies and mandrels. Weld quality and integrity are tested at numerous stages of production through ultrasonic and dye penetrant methods. Our quality inspection is repeated at each step of production, ensuring our own standards of weld and joint integrity are met before we begin production runs.
