Superior Machining and Repairs also employ full-time inspectors to test and ensure all areas of our company meet industry and our customers' quality control. Our quality inspection officers meet with our customers and specifically design the quality assurance process to their specific needs. We will put any quality assurance system in place, using dye penetrants, or ultrasonic and x-ray systems to test for weld and joint integrity or material defects as well as numerous inspections to test for dimensional standards, surface finish, and hardness testing. Our reputation is based on our superior product and we will not manufacture or run an order without a thorough inspection by our officers.
