Superior Machining and Repairs have 12 overhead cranes with a maximum capacity of 40 tonnes available to keep our production schedules running smoothly.

Do you have a loading dock/truck entrances into the plant?

Superior Machining and Repairs’ 40,000 sq. ft. facility has both loading docks and truck entrances to our building.

Can you repair or make up a new part without drawings?

What are your business hours?

Superior Machining and Repairs are available Monday to Friday from 7 am to 6 pm as well as Saturdays from 7 am to 12 pm. We will always be available for emergency work or rush orders and will respond to any after hours call as quickly as possible. Click here for more

What batch sizes do you normally machine?

Our smaller computer numerical control machines (CNC’s) can be dedicated to production runs of a few hundred pieces, while our larger machines can be simultaneously running special orders of smaller quantities.

Do you have the ability to engineer or advise on the manufacture of a part?

Superior Machining and Repairs have engineers and technologists available to consult and assist in the design and drawings for any of our customers’ needs. As well, we bring in our specialized welders, grinders and assembly workers to provide a practical and hands-on perspective on new production runs.

Do you use CAD/CAM to design/machine parts?

Yes, our staff is specialized in CAD/CAM systems and we are constantly upgrading to keep our software up to date.

What types of drawing formats can you accept?

Superior Machining and Repairs will accept drawings in various formats including IGS, DXF and DWG.
